30-Day Returns and Refunds Policy
If you're looking to cancel or return your order, we're here to help! Generally we accept exchange, return or refund applications within 30 natural days from the date the item is delivered (subject to the order tracking record).
Note: If you have successfully paid for your order, you accept the following refund policy by default.

80% of the order amount (deduct 15% warehouse restocking fee + 5% order processing fee)

For E-bikes Orders:
1. Ebikes/Bikes that have been Registered in the Buyer's Name officially CANNOT be returned.
2. No returns for small scratch or dirt, except in EXTREME cases of Breakage/Malfunction.
3. Returned items for a replacement or refund must be unopend、unassembled and in the original packaging.
4. Repair the bike yourself without the Voldo Bikes approval, the return process mentioned on the RETURN & REFUND POLICY page is not available for you.

How do I return my order?
Voldo Bikes always wants you to have an exciting ride with us. However, if you need to return an order, we’re here to help. Contact our customer service team at support@voldobikes.ie and send us the following information BEFORE returning it to us.
1. The reason for return.
2. The valid order number.
3. The marked delivery date.
4. A clear photo and/or video to show the product condition if you are returning for quality reasons.Once we receive your return request, we will process it within 2 business days.
Once we receive the item or items back we will refund you in 3-5 business days. Please note that depending on your bank's processing time that it could take additional business days for this to be reflected in your account.
Special Note About the Refunds:
1. PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours.
2. Credit card refunds will take around 7-14 business days. The specific time depends on your credit card company and any intermediaries.What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
In very rare cases, your order may be damaged during shipping due to various reasons.
In such case, please contact our customer service team via support@voldobikes.ie with a clear photo and/or video of the production condition and we will help you with the issue immediately.
Please make sure that you can notify us of the damaged product issue or missing accessories issue within 48 hours from the date of receipt, And keep all items including outer packaging as evidence. Claims made longer than 48 hours will not be accepted. And the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
